Aircraft Maintenance Instructor, Glenn Schalk, possesses the extensive line and base maintenance experience required to instruct and teach at the Airline and MRO level FAA ATA 104 Level I, II, III, and IV courses along with EASA and Transport Canada.

Mr. Schalk gained his training with British Airways,with all courses conducted to EASA training standards and EASA certificates issued. At British Airways, his 30 years of duties and responsibilities were that of a Line Maintenance Technician of 10 years and as a Line Maintenance Supervisor for 20 years on all Boeing aircraft as well as Concorde.  He was also a maintenance representative for 3rd party airlines at JFK - Qantas, BWIA, South African Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific, Iceland Air, Lan Chili, Air India, China Air, as well as the 747-400 freighters for many cargo companies.

 

As an instructor, he taught the Avionics program at the National Aviation Academy for 3 years, then as an instructor for at Jet Aircraft Maintenance instructing Level III  B747-400 and B777 for 1 year.

At Pan Am International Flight Academy as the Manager of Aircraft Maintenance Training “Worldwide” for 3 years he instructed and managing the aircraft maintenance program . His instruction worldwide he has taught these aircraft at all levels B707, B727, B737 Classic, B737NG, B757, B767, B747-200, B747-400, and B777, along with with Saab 340 and Caravan 208B aircraft Airframe, Power Plant, Electrics, and Avionics programs, along with Engine Run and Taxi on all aircraft listed.

 

Through his extensive experience he has developed  customer specific curricullum  and syllabus for many aircraft types and multiple levels of training along with targeted custom courses to as specific requirement or need.
